introduction how your rug is made
our designer collection

The computerised picture you have approved is drawn out to size and this is traced onto canvas. Wool is then especially dyed according to the colours you have chosen.

Next a loom is created according to the size and weave (hand tufted, hand knotted or hand woven). There are several different finishing stages your rug will go through depending on what you have chosen; hand-carving/shearing to different pile heights etc. The backing is then attached to the carpet and bound together by latex. Next it is inspected and hand finished to ensure that it meets our exacting standards.Your rug is then carefully packaged for despatch to your home.
